Wallet Whitelisting & Compliance
To ensure the safety of our ecosystem and comply with FINTRAC regulations, all users are required to undergo a mandatory wallet whitelisting process.
Verified Origins
Only transactions from verified, whitelisted wallets are processed. All incoming funds are screened for AML compliance.
Asset Custody
Assets are held in multi-signature cold storage vaults, ensuring institutional-grade security for all whitelisted users.

By accessing or using the PAIVA platform, website, or mobile application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our Services.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to use the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where PAIVA is authorized to operate. You represent and warrant that you are not on any trade embargo or economic sanctions list (such as the United Nations Security Council Sanctions List).

5. Fees
Fee schedules, transaction costs, and withdrawal limitations are subject to periodic updates based on network congestion and market liquidity.
7. Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and two-factor authentication keys.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important. Our data collection and usage practices are governed by our Global Privacy Policy.
